From start to finish it was the people in the Jansen business family who made our kitchen renovation the good experience it was.  Everyone was professional, yet not overbearing.  They truly listened to our wishes & ideas, working with us.  If something just wasn’t plausible, it was explained & shown why.  They were always punctual & as promised, they cleaned up before they went home.  Problems are inevitable but Jansen does not ignore them or leave unsolved.

 

I have never had a big job done that had a better supervisor.  I hesitated to single out one employee, but she came by every day to make sure the schedule was followed & jobs getting done.  She appeared to have very good rapport with her coworkers & kept the project running smoothly.

 

We ended with a beautiful well-built kitchen that gets plenty of compliments.
