Dear Jansen Team

 

Thank you so very much for the whole house conversion of our 1970-vintage cottage summer retreat house on Perdido Bay into a luxurious and ultra-modern year-round home. The view of the sunsets, dolphin activity and bird life were always amazing but the Jansen team took it to a truly spectacular level by designing ideas in sync with water life.  The downstairs is perfect for us, but with a spacious upstairs quarter we have plenty of room for our visiting grandchildren and a master suite, replete with a very spacious balcony that overlooks a 30,000-gallon swimming pool and spa.  Sunset views from here are second to none.   As ballroom dancers removal of the double fireplace gave space to build an inhouse dance studio, which also serves as part of the home’s entertainment capacity, including state-of-the-art audio-visual throughout the inside and outside of home, outdoor kitchen and firepit, all enclosed under a stately 3,000 square foot bug-free enclosure.

 

Clearly, we like our ultra-modern home. Critically important, however, is the fact that our 5 children and 9 grands love to visit us often and enjoy the results of the Jansen Team. Thanks to Jansen’s keen eye on the daily operation the total price tag for the construction work was exactly what we budgeted.  The excellent work was all completed under Ron Jansen’s watchful eye.  Tessa, our talented designer was innovative in the

design and attentive to our wishes.
